I was the online channel manager and digital product manager for three Suncorp brands (Terri Scheer Landlord Insurance, Bingle Motor Insurance, and CLV Caravan and RV Insurance). I represented these brands from a digital perspective at portfolio meetings and was responsible for optimising channel metrics. I led website redevelopment and optimisation projects, used Adobe Analytics to measure online metrics and trends, performed customer and competitor research and ran A/ B tests, to inform the product roadmap and the optimisation of the digital channels for these brands.

I led a team of three to deliver new online solutions and to improve online metrics for nib’s retail website, corporate extranets and nib’s mobile site and mobile applications.

I analysed existing processes within the organisation and identified opportunities to create value. I compiled requirements and coordinated the delivery of a new CRM system for nib.
