There is more than one solution to most challenges - and I like to tackle challenges from multiple directions:Getting things organized, motivating others to join in and finding solutions that are either so commonplace or so over the top that nobody else thought about them yet.As the eldest of six I learned from an early age how to get things going. Now, as a mother of two and motivator of many, setting things in motion has become my second nature. My career path took me • from the brand team of Opel Austria – where I learned all about car colours fancy names like “Saruman” for a special tone of grey, even though everybody knows that Saruman is “the White” • to the Marketing Department of Nordsee Austria – where I learned that fish and cars have a surprisingly lot in common, that oysters are not really my thing and that food photography is very challenging work • to eguana, then a small startup in a startup hub, now a globally acting company, where I find new ways of communication as well as new colleagues, manage office, onboarding and our blog as well as a lot of other non-technical things.
