• Strategic and operational leadership for all learning and development activities across the region (Russia and Kazakhstan);• Managing relationship with JV partners in both Russia and Kazakhstan (developing T&D system for Salym Petorleum Development from scratch);• Designing and delivery of the efficient learning strategies and processes; • Performance consultancy; • Development and implementation of an L&D program for Graduate staff; • Management of local Contracting and Procurement interface;• Leading the Performance management cycle for the organization;• Development of leading edge talent management processes spanning onboarding, development, career guidance, succession planning and high potential identification; • Ensuring WPL, coaching and mentoring programs, as well as programs on skills and capability development are in place; • Designing and delivering workshops (Onboarding, etc.);• Providing budgeting and reporting on global and regional levels;• Designing and arrangement of Diversity & Inclusion Lunch & Learn sessions.

• Developing training business with dedicated Customers (oil majors);• Managing and developing new and existing client accounts;• Driving new commercial opportunities;• Preparation of proposals/tenders and negotiation with the clients; • Coordination with the clients and local marketing and sales forces and resources the execution of training and competency assessment projects;• Preparation of training and development plans pursuant to the clients’ training needs; • Managing adaptation of training programs;• Supervision of all training related issues; development of action training plan and training strategy; • Controlling implementation of training programs in and outside of Russia; trainings efficiency analysis;• Coordination of Skills Assessment Projects implementation; • Management of the development of Schlumberger Graduates; • Maintaining of close relationship with the local oil and gas institutes in search of training instructors; search and recruiting of instructors for the courses;• Monitoring of petroleum market training expectations, requirements, and trends;• Budget control;• Reporting on global and regional levels.
