I am currently a Law Clerk with The Regional Municipality of York. Prior to joining York Region, I was a Law Clerk with the Town of Caledon in the Planning Law Department and the Legal Services Department. Prior to joining the municipality, I was previously employed as Law Clerk in the private sector of various law firms. I have experience and knowledge in litigation and the Bankruptcy Insolvency and Collections area of law, as well as experience in Real Estate Law. My broad range of experience in Real Estate includes purchases, sales, refinancing of residential and commercial properties and extensive experience in Litigation with respect to Bankruptcy and Insolvency files. My experience and knowledge in the municipality includes various municipal processes, namely the planning approval process, rezoning approval, subdivision development and providing comments on Committee of Adjustment minor variance and consent applications in Ontario. I have prepared Site Plan Agreements, Grading Agreements and Subdivision Agreements as well as attending to the registration of all applications on title to a property using Teranet.On a day to day basis, I currently provide support as a Law Clerk to Senior Counsel in the Legal Services Department of York Region in Infrastructure Law area. I prepare and monitor all Telecommunication Licence Agreements and Access Agreements for the Region's infrastructure amongst other various agreements, leases that are necessary.
