I designed and developed a new website for the company, overseeing the entire process from transferring information and adding new content to implementing digital marketing strategies. By collaborating with researchers and digital marketing consultants, I ensured the site incorporated best practices to boost traffic and engagement. Oversee 80+ student staff members in the Member Services department. Being a liaison between professional staff and student staff. Working to improve the program, schedule and hire students, and critically solve program problems.

Provide customer service to members and guests of the Wellness and Recreation Center which includes: answering general questions about programs and locations, assisting with member concerns and complaints, etc.

Took on important leadership roles when major repairs were needed in short amount of time and worked on a variety of improvement projects.

Worked with upper management to learn both process engineering and company operations/management. Multiple projects included research, data manipulation, working with partners customers and upgrading old systems.
