This is a work where I do group and private lessons for students of very different age (from 6 to 60). My students are private persons as well as corporate clients' workers. According to the needs of my client I do teaching lessons of German and Russian. These are some of my duties at work:- Instructing our corporate clients on other aspects of life in Germany and/or Europe, such as everyday business at house, in public, at authorities’ places, traffic rules, traditions and culture, history of the country of relocation. - Performing regular online reports on students’ hours and progress; evaluating students’ knowledge at the beginning, assessing their progress while teaching and at the end of the course. - Consulting our students on reading resources of their choice and level, on best methods to eliminate particular difficulties at language studying. Worked with company’s material suppliers using intern computer programs, as well as SAP programs and applications. My clients were international and domestic suppliers (Germany) and I used all appropriate technologies to enable and support global interaction and collaboration. In addition to my position’s responsibilities, I also took part in international negotiations when they took place with East European countries’ partners, partly as an interpreter (Russian-German, German-Russian, English-Russian, Russian-English).

Working as a teaching faculty staff I held lectures in Administrative Law of Russian Federation and in Constitutional Law of Russian Federation. I had my own course on a comparative juridical field (Administrative Justice Process in Russia and Germany). I worked individually, as this profession requires, and at the same time participated in faculty and staff events, collaborations with students upon students’ scientific conferences or students’ diploma projects (and similar). My philological education in foreign languages allowed me to focus on topics of comparative law of various countries and perform a corresponding scientific research. in July 2002, as part of Summer School staff (in cooperation with Passau University, Chair of Prof. Dr. Dr. Jura Fincke, I held lectures in German Constitutional Law and in German Executive Power System. My scientific interest concentrated on Administrative Courts of Justice in Russia and Germany.

At the Aluminum Plant I translated texts and interpreted at business meetings with representatives of other companies interested in doing business with the plant.The topics were: different processes in aluminum production, commercial contracts (full contents), support and spare parts. Written contracts were translated by me too. I took part at negotiations between the Aluminum Plant and their international partners, as for example, Italian partners on delivering graphite rods. As an assistant at the office I organized many of international meetings, assisted them as an interpreter and as secretary at the same time.

In fact, I worked for the Limnological Institute in Irkutsk for many more years as a contract person even after I left it as employee in 1995. As administrative assistant of the International department I worked with the Director Department and all other departments (laboratories) of the institute if they were part of international programs running at the institute: I maintained our calendar/s and did planning and scheduling on behalf of all participants of international projects. I dealt with accommodation, legal questions and government offices, transportation, translation, interpreting, customs regimes and many more for guest of our institute. I took part on organisation and interpreted at big and small international conferences for our institute. After May 1995 I kept taking part on international projects and events as an invited contractor with almost the same duties.
