I am a Partner in Ashurst's employment team. I returned to Perth in 2018 after over 10 years based in Sydney. I specialise in all aspects of employment law, including industrial relations and discrimination law, as well as work health and safety law. I have particular experience in employment law litigation, both in common law Courts (involving matters such as breach of contract) and in Federal and State employment and anti-discrimination Tribunals (including unfair dismissals, enterprise bargaining related litigation, adverse action, and discrimination claims).I am a senior member of Ashurst's national safety practice and regularly assist clients with compliance with WHS laws. I have extensive experience in assisting clients with their responses to workplace incidents (including fatalities), advising clients about conducting internal investigations into incidents and responding to investigations by safety regulators. I also act for clients in prosecutions by safety regulators arising from incidents.
