Since February I have been the manager of Seafood. I have 6 staff members which work under me (combination of both full time and part time workers). Day to day operations include:Ordering and Inventory Management- ensuring the correct stock is purchased, and sold within the correct time frameDisplay Set-up- setting up the serve over and displaying inventory, available for customer purchaseSales and Customer Service- providing customer help to ensure they are happy with their purchase Supplier Interaction- positive relationships enhances the opportunities available for customers

LA Danse Centre is a Jazz, Contemporary and Sport Aerobics Dance school in Dunedin which is run by principal Elizabeth Adams-Clark. I've been teaching with Lizzie in Jazz for the past three years and Contemporary for the past two years. Aerobics has taken off over the past year and we now are the first dance school to offer aerobics classes. I started dancing when I was 5, in Highland Dance before moving into Jazz when I was 10 along. I've also had 6 years of competitive artistic gymnastics, and done a little bit of tap, ballet and hip hop. I have dance qualifications in Jazz Dance New Zealand (JDNZ) reaching Advanced Jazz and New Zealand Association of Modern Dance (NZAMD) Advanced Two Jazz and Level 6 Contemporary. In 2011, I sat my Solo Diploma in Jazz and am currently working towards my solo Diploma in Contemporary. I've been coaching aerobics in Dunedin for the past 5 years. I have also competed at Regional and National Level in both individual and team routines along with having many successful routines being placed at National competitions. Recently, I've moved into the judging NZCAF competitions around the South Island. Both dance teaching and aerobics coaching requires extensive body knowledge and awareness. I work with children as young as five right through to secondary school kids, along with working with students in tertiary education.
