Accelerate is EduCo's AI-powered digital platform designed to simplify, scale up and diversify international student mix for universities worldwide. My role oversees student recruitment and conversion, marketing, and institution relations in order to support the overall growth of the portal and to streamline the user experience.

As SVP of Marketing & Conversion, I am working toward a company-wide marketing approach that refines EduCo International Group's recruitment materials while managing new initiatives that connect our prospective students more effectively with EduCo's global Universities. In conversion, efforts are focused on improving not only internal communication and pipeline reporting across boarders but working to implement the best practices each of our Universities are are currently running in order to attract top caliber students to the institutions.

The primary purpose of this role is to develop successful recruitment, conversion and retention strategies unique to each offshore market for all EduCo USA university partners.Responsibilities include: Develop localized recruitment plans for each EduCo U.S. university partner. Work collaboratively with offshore EduCo staff to develop product specific digital marketing collateral.Manage university student pipelines and determine key student communication strategies in order to produce the highest yield. Regularly analyze enrollment data by micro-market in order to develop localized conversion strategies, plan offshore student focused events and provide feedback on market trends to U.S. university partners.Manage U.S. campus coordinators for U.S. university partners on East Coast.Oversee initial launch of a new U.S. university partnership.

Scope of responsibilities included recruitment of 50 students for fall classes. Promoted to steadily assume additional challenges to include international student recruiting, working with local English learning centers and administering Department of Homeland Security Form I-20. ➢ Placed over 400 weekly calls to prospective students to schedule interviews and conduct follow up in order to maintain student population throughout 12 month recruiting cycle.➢ Received average of 15 applications weekly through conducting interviews, contributing to consistently exceeding spring and fall recruiting goals; exceeded all recruitment goals.

Selected to represent college to prospective students by addressing large parent/prospective student audiences as well as presenting overall college program and benefits.➢ Organized and scheduled up to 40 weekly tours.➢ Interviewed potential candidates for new tour guide positions in the Gatekeeper Society.➢ Co-facilitated 3-day training for new tour guides with Assistant Director of Admissions.
