Julia Tribe is a certified Expressive Art Therapist, graduate of the CREATE Institute of Toronto with a Masters in Expressive Art Therapy and Minor in Psychology from the European Graduate School in Switzerland. She is also a seasoned theatre designer with over 30-year experience designing set & costumes for Theatre, Opera and Dance, her innovative designs receiving recognition in major companies across Canada and internationally. As a collaborative artist and therapist, Julia is engaged in exploring creative process as tool of wellness and vision. Believing passionately that the arts are a way to respond to human crisis and joy, and that the arts can facilitate personal & social change. Julia lives in this truth, staying relevant, responsive and transformative in all her many creative endeavours.
