I am the head of Human Resources for Sagax Team, a company my husband and I founded. At the time I had my own career but seeing that this was a family business, I quit my job to help support our new company. At the, I was skeptical of leaving my steady job but in retrospect it was the best decision I made. Fast forward a few years, we are experiencing tremendous growth and I have taken up the role of heading our HR. My main goal is that we hire people who are aligned with our company’s mission, vision and core values and that our employees Personal, Professional and Financial goals are aligned with the company’s growth. We are building a culture that challenges people to be their best so they can take their careers to the next level. At the family front, we have two super active, healthy and growing boys who keep me busy. My other passions are health and nutrition. I am a certified nutritionist from IIN (Institute of Integrated Nutrition) and always welcome the opportunity to coach someone on how to improve their nutrition.
