• Provide outstanding support to Head of Business & Finance, Finance Director, and office staff.• First point of contact for families, trustees, vendors, and all other Business Office communications.• Extensive use of MS Word, Excel, Publisher, Outlook, and Veracross accounting software.• Process invoices, input payment information, issue several hundred AP checks per week.• Generate, maintain, and distribute spreadsheets, databases, calendars, and disbursement reports.• Provide regular coverage duties for front reception, campus bookstore, and mailroom.Notable Attribute: Engaged with a team of 5 people in spring 2014, I provided a high level of input in designing a more efficient accounting / purchase order software program. Also, using my knowledge of data importing / merging, I streamlined the Business Office bulk mailing process, saving time, materials, and expense.
