Depending on the project, classical methods (e.g. Waterfall) or agile methods (Scrum, Kanban) are used to get the project done. In close communication with the customer I lead my team through the whole development process without losing sight of the quality, costs, risks and revenues. Presentations in front of the customer or writing Manuals for the customer are also some of my responsibilities. Working very closely with my team, I decide on how and when features are being developed and rolled out. Cost estimates, resource planning, incident management, creation of test plans and requirements management are also a part of the daily work.
