Ocean Import Customer Service Coordinator• Communicating, coordinating with our international, domestic customers, agents, and TGL offices• Analyzing and verifying documents received from vendors / shippers, and TGL origins, confirm received, and completed with pre-alert• Complying with U.S. and foreign regulations ( AMS, TSA, ISF and FMC)• Complying with customer requirements and standard operation procedures• Notify sales and management with problems that may arise within an account. • Preparing and processing international documentation, custom clearance if TGL is the house Broker• Advising accounts/customers of shipment information • Updating shipment information in the TGL systems • Tracking and tracing international cargo, continuously monitor shipments and communicate status with overseas offices, agents, consignees, shippers, domestic transits are completed to final door destination• Invoicing customers for services provided in a timely manner• Problem solving /Trouble shooting• Assist the Import Manager with projects as requested. • Communicate with co-workers about updates of assigned customers this will ensure• Taking initiative assisting other departments when business is at slow

• Releasing of import cargo upon receipt of OBL/payment/telex releases, assign checks, photo and export spreadsheet to Corporate for deposit Prepare refunds Communicate with customers, warehouse, truckers and overseas offices regarding shipments
