• Processing the attendance system for 500 employees at two factories Turany and Lipany • Active candidate sourcing of specialists in areas like: Production, Engineering, Office • Advertisement of assigned positions on various job boards / social media• Conducting telephone interviews to further explore skills and suitability for the position• Conducting F2F interviews, writing feedbacks and responsibility for the follow-up process • Coordinating interviews with the appropriate team members and superiors • Organizing and coordinating testing when necessary for candidates • Preparing offer letters for new hires and medical checkup papers • Preparing the documents for official employment: hiring, onboarding and termination • Comprehensive support of foreign employees and providing documents for them • Training and coaching of newcomers in the team• Extended onboarding duties • Database Updating • Participation in the strategy of department in cooperation with other departments • Support of corporate events • Participation in audits for HR department • Other duties as assigned (planning and booking of business trips, preparation of meetings etc.)
