Provided relationship management and wealth management support for portfolio wealth advisors. Served as primary point of contact for existing client base. Managed the client onboarding process, private banking processes, and daily client requests. Partnered with portfolio wealth advisors to conduct portfolio reviews, manage cash, and perform suitability reviews.

Served as the primary point of contact for investor requests and inquiries across each of the firm’s investment vehicles. Developed client-specific reports and fund-specific presentations for use by the firm’s sales team in prospective client presentations. Worked closely with all divisions of the firm in producing fund materials and reports for distribution to existing investors. Responsible for completing RFIs, RFPs, and periodic questionnaires. Created efficiencies in the group using Salesforce to automate several internal and external client specific reports. Chaired monthly meetings to review the inflows and outflows of clients invested in reduced fee structure accounts. Reviewed and approved all investor transactions in partnership with the firm’s Compliance department.
