Direct a board of professionals including attorneys, business entrepreneurs, local merchants, and community leaders to spear head this 300 year old historic property into the future. Creating and offering programs for all ages and needs. The board owns the property and does not get town funding. The board needs to fundraise immensely and form relationships for sponsorship and partnership. Oversee all hiring, payroll, programming, private rentals.

Commenced as a member of the Board 2009, currently serving as Secretary to the Board of Directors for 10 plus years taking minutes for yearly regular meetings, making decisions concerning maintaining the facility economically and structurally including two major capital projects

Support the Board of Directors. Assisting in restructuring the infrastructure of the ASO. Marketing the talent to different venues and markets. Initiating a movement for revenue growth.

Chaired the largest fundraising event for this non profit organization. Raised over 400,000 in one evening to run, staff, and develop this home of respite for physically and mentally challenged young adults. Aids in lifting spirits, educating the community, and heightening awareness for these individuals and families in need. Two year commitment.
