CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) Lead Organizer:• Successfully handling the distribution logistics of both biweekly and monthly subscription shares to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.• Implementing quality control measures to maintain the freshness and quality of produce in each food box, enhancing customer experience.• Assisting in inventory management by accurately tracking stock levels and ensuring adequate supplies for packing food boxes.• Maintaining and reviewing records of packing activities, customer preferences, and feedback to support further improvement effortsFarm Hand Duties:• Crop Production – planting, weeding, cultivating, harvesting – tractor, by hand and by machine.• Animal care – cleaning, feeding, and prepping barn for the public to enter• Conduct tractor rides – weekday school tours and weekends with the public,• Provide education about what is growing on the farm and the seasonal activities available.• Grounds maintenance – general cleanliness -playground, parking lot, and fields• General maintenance of buildings and equipment, making repairs within your capability• Farmers markets – assist in picking, packing, and organizing produce - loading trucks for themarkets, attend markets if needed to assist with sales• Unload market truck at days end, and ready it for the next day• Be aware of unsafe conditions or behaviors that could endanger employees and guests whileout and about on the farm.

Residence Assistants (Residence Dons at Nipissing University) promote the mission and goals of the residence life program at Nipissing University, to ensure that the Residence Community Living Standards (RCLS) are upheld, to advise and support students in their residence communities, and act as a referral agent for campus and community resources.
