My main function was to get the business insight from the LATAM master data team to improve planning data quality in the system through dashboards. I translated it to a Power BI KPI, treating the data through Power Query together with SQL, and then presented it to the planning teams from all LATAM countries and explained the purpose, logics, datasources and form of use.I was also responsible for the follow up and enhacmentes of global dashboards for Production and Supply LATAM, giving business insights, orientation and requests to the D&A teamBesides that, I did the follow up with Latam planners for information correctness and change requisitions in BOM (SAP)

I started my internship doing KPIs follow-ups, helping with the production planning and system changes which I developed several VBA Scripts for the massive changes.I was responsible for manually extract daily tables from SAP, which I automated using Power Automate and VBA script that runned every morning, and then I was able to replace it iusing an AWS ODBC with the same data, exploring it with SQL.I developed some KPIs for the MRP Team in Power BI, like consumption predictibility, inventory management and suppliers performance for materials, with the purpose to help us with inventory control.I also had the experience of planning some package materials, doing inventory management, production consumption, MRP on SAP and follow up with suppliers
