Key Account & Customer Success Manager / Channels & Services DistributionTF1 Distribution is referencing free and pay TV channels and services among distribution platforms in France and abroad.Scope: TF1’s DTT, theme channels and catch up/SVOD services MYTF1 and TFOUMAX.Key roles:- Negotiating with distribution platforms in France to reference our TV channels and services- Managing day to day relationship with our main distributors (Orange, Free, Salto…) and other distributors (Amazon, Vitis …) and introducing them to new business opportunities- Ensuring all commitments and terms negotiated in the contracts are delivered on both sides (marketing and data commitments, reporting, invoicing…)- Contributing to the product/technical roadmap by integrating distributors’ requirements- Elaborating business plans and go to market initiatives around new prospects- Managing multiple projects ( e.g. new products/channels, features, ad solutions) and working closely across functions with our legal, product, content, finance, marcomms, technical teamsKey figures : 20 clients

Large panel of audit scopes (Process review, Entity review) as : - Crisis management- Commercial process of TF1 Pub (sponsoring advertising) - Entertainment activities- Cash-flow forecasts- Management of non permanent staffKey roles:• Preparing audits: risk evaluation, design and delivery of audit programs to address relevant risk• Conducting fieldwork: interviews of key stakeholders involved, tests to assess whether controls in place are effective and efficient• Elaborating the audit report including facts-and-figures-based audit findings along with proposed recommendations• Presenting the audit findings and results to the auditees and top management• Performing follow-up of management actionsOther roles:• Coaching and guiding audit team members when necessary• Participating in the establishment of the annual audit plan
