As Director of Sales I currently hire, train and mentor a team of 10 Business Development Representatives throughout DFW, Austin and Houston, TX. My responsibility to Employee Solutions is to consistently drive and succeed in generating revenue by building a strong sales team that focuses on building long lasting business partnerships.

Select Staffing acquired Westaff and I fortunately was selected to continue my employment as a member of the Select Staffing Family. My role was to manage and implement new processes in regards to our service team and assist in building a clerical division in Dallas market. During my time with Select Staffing we managed to build a great clerical candidate database along with professional clerical clientele to service. My role also including co-selling as needed and assuring that all client contractual agreements were met in regards to service.

As the Sr. Operations Manager with Westaff my responsibilities were to implement and manage the operational processes within the DFW branch areas. My responsibilities also included full life cycle recruiting for contract to direct hire positions within accounting and professional executive levels along with building a database for a newly created branch within the Carrollton, TX area. Westaff was recently acquired by Select Staffing and I have merged with their Carrollton branch in a Personnel Management role.

Implemented the Direct Hire division for CORESTAFF Services and sucessfully placed accounting/financial and Executive Professional candidates such as:-Sr. Tax Managers-Accountant I, II, III-Business Analyst -Executive Administrative Assistants-Project Managers-HR Managers-Call Center Managers Within this role I not only placed high level professionals but also was apart of the business development within this division. Relationship building with current and prospective clients was a key part of my role.

As a Performance Partnership Manager for the Central States my main responsibilities were servicing First Horizon Home Loans & First Tennessee Bank nationwide. I managed a team of up to 3 local recruiters as well as 2 national recruiters in the Memphis, TN area. Our goal was to service this account with all their temp and temp to potential hire needs. This entailed relationship building with each departmental manager and consulting with them through job analysis for their hiring needs, sourcing qualified candidates, managing over 250 associates on a day to day basis, providing our client with quarterly reviews regarding their temporary spend and assisting them with cutting their cost by managing subvendor cost in areas that CORESTAFF did not have a presence. I am proud to say that I was with this account from day one and had over 7 years of success with them!!!
