At Earth Island, I was overseeing the creative team. My primary focus involved generating ideas, conducting trend research and implementing innovative ideas for the upcoming collection. I conceptualized and narrated the storyline of the new collection, outlining how we could visually represent it. I compiled a comprehensive collection book that included the number of looks, color cards, overall vibe, and the stylistic elements of the fashion designs.In addition to this, I delved into brand strategy, social media, art-works, and print & design development. I crafted a step-by-step guideline to provide the team with a clear overview of our progress and remaining tasks. This guideline established the optimal sequence of steps for creating a collection, bringing greater structure to both the team and the overall collection process. I developed a detailed plan and timeline, overseeing the creation of multiple visuals and devising marketing strategies aligned with the brand.

During my internship at Art-Work Agency in Australia, I shadowed the Creative Director and provided support across various aspects of daily operations. My responsibilities included general studio assistance, graphic design, social media management, photography, styling, website updates, image manipulation, and video editing.

Throughout my internship at Lieve Gerrits, I honed my stylistic skills. I provided assistance wherever it was required, attended sets and PR agencies, crafted styling sets, and handled all the preparation and organization aspects in the realm of styling for upcoming shoots.

At BLCK, I provided support to Marjo Kranenborg in various capacities, accompanying her to meetings, creating technical drawings, developing PR documents, cutting out patterns, and assisting with production for photoshoots, among other tasks.
