KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS• Recruited the top High School Players in the Bay Area Resulting in 3 Conference Championships in 4 years. Continually being one of the top 20 teams in the State. • Turn High School athletes into collegiate basketball players by improving their basketball knowledge as well as their individual and team on the court skills• Train players to develop a higher-level understanding of what they specifically need to do on the court by editing and watching film with them. Which has carried over to games; part of teams success is their ability to recognize situations during games, acting immediately and correctly and cutting down on the number of mistakes• Practice Planning and Management - Implement a practice plan that is specifically laid out to accomplish certain goals resulting in the team’s improvement on a daily, weekly and monthly basis with each practice. • Opposing Team Scouting and Strategies - Have a correct and detailed scouting report for every team we play allowing my team to expose our strategies against the other teams to allow us to win and stop them from what they are good at.• Responsible for Transferring Players - developing players into collegiate basketball players marketable to four-year coaches as impact players. Develop player information on each sophomore. 75% of our players have moved on to play at four-year colleges in the last 3 years on basketball scholarships.• Academic Coordinator - organize study halls, tutoring, academic eligibility and ensuring graduation so each player is ready to transfer in to a four-year college and be on target to graduate.• Budgeting - Responsible for the fundraising (youth basketball camps and clinics and other fundraising activities), purchasing of equipment and uniforms, arranging travel, meal money, etc.
