Responsible for leading and helping with different areas inside the HR Team including Recruitment, People Support, Onboarding, Offboarding, Employer Branding, etc. In Recruitment, I'm responsible for sourcing candidates in different platforms, evaluating their culture fit with Ambush's culture, English skills evaluation, and the full cycle of the candidate.

• Responsible for the whole recruitment process, starting with hunting professionals on different platforms and conducting interviews in Portuguese and English.As a part of my job, I enjoy creating templates in Photoshop.
• Screening candidates resumes and job applications;
• Entry and process candidate's curriculum vitae in the database (natcorp);
• Offering feedback to candidates included in the selection processes, as well as a clear status of the process' current situation;
• Posting and promoting job advertisements, using the plataforms Kenoby, Infojobs, Linkedin Recruiter.
