Founded and leads the nonprofit public interest law firm Our Children's Trust, representing young people across the United States and supporting youth globally in bringing human rights cases before courts to hold governments accountable for their role in causing and perpetuating climate crisis. Lead attorney for Juliana v. United States and Genesis B. v. US EPA litigation against the U.S. federal government. Represented 16 youth and won a landmark constitutional climate case, Held v. State of Montana, the first ever constitutional climate case to go to trial in U.S. history during the summer of 2023.
