Director, Chidsey Center For Leadership DevelopmentDavidson College 2006 - 2015Davidson, NcLaunched the Chidsey Center including facility build-out, creating an online presence, structuring the Center, staffing, and designing curriculum and programs. While teaching multiple leadership workshops each week and advising students, oversaw all aspects of the Chidsey Center including finances, marketing, recruiting volunteers, and supervising staff. ► Customized leadership programs based on the needs of the target population. For example, designed a program for scholar athletes which used their team experiences as a leadership lab.
