I help people to get better value from time spent in meetings, so they can focus on the work that really matters. Originally from New Zealand, I am a trained coach and facilitator with 20+ years experience working in change management. I believe that by taking a more mindful approach to how we meet online and in person, we can cultivate a kinder, happier and more engaging place to work. Organisations are spending an extraordinary amount of time and money on meetings, and yet people don't see them as a valued part of their day. It's time for this to change. My work includes: 1) Interactive workshops and talks to inspire people to rethink how they approach meetings. 2) Coaching for leaders and change makers, usually to support a transformation of meeting culture and/or ways of working. 3) 'Reflect & Reset' workshops for teams, addressing issues with ways of working (incl, meetings)4) Facilitation training, including use of Mural. 5) Meeting audit and recommendation. As an experienced business analyst, I seek understanding the bigger picture by looking at the connections / interactions of the many parts of a system. Leading with humility, curiosity and strategic thinking, my priority is to keep people focused on the possibility of what could be.
