All the experts I worked for needed good closers. I'm very good with hiring and training people, so I created C4Y after 1.5 years working as a Sales Manager. It was a high ticket service, where I was responsible for the entire hiring process of multiple experts, interviewing and analyzing hundreds of people until I find the perfect fit for the company. After that, I conducted a sales training based on Behavioral Science and Humanized Sales for 60 days, where I was able to develop closers increasing their conversion rate and skillset.

I worked in several projects as a high ticket closer in Brazil, selling more than 2M with offers that varied from 5K to 30K. I was responsible for hopping on Zoom calls and closing inbound leads, doing follow up, CRM organization and collecting referrals.

I worked in 3 different projects as a Sales Manager and Head of the Comercial Department. I was responsible for hiring and training the sales team, co-creating and coordinating the sales process, managing the team and the KPI's, analyzing the daily, weekly and monthly OKR's and also discussing strategies with the marketing department. I was also responsible for the team's performance and for their development.

I worked as an Outbound Closer, where I had to contact 100-400 people a day and set my own strategy sessions. After setting my own calls, I was responsible for closing deals from 500 to 8K dollars, doing the follow up, organizing CRM and collecting referrals. I had a 2-hour training from Monday to Saturday one of the most advanced sales technique there is, the NEPQ Method.
