Served as the trusted personal communication advisor to the CEO (and ExLT) and acted as gate keeper and one-point-of-contact in all CEO communication related matters. Developed a communications profile and plan for the CEO and drove strategic communication initiatives for the Executive Leadership Team. In my close work with the CEO, together we developed a plan for where to engage externally - global podiums - and ensure visible, direction-setting communications internally. I also composed corporate narratives, provided communication advice, communicated new/updated strategies, ran personal social media activity and drove planning and messaging on strategy-related, change and financial communications. As part of my support, I drafted speeches for the CEO, Board and the wider ExLT.

Project basis

Nordsted is a corporate wellness company that focuses on optimizing business through employee wellness. We perform an assessment of a company's environment in relation to wellness and conduct onsite private health screenings for employees. Using the data collected from the assessment and screenings, we design an extensive wellness strategy, as well as provide a detailed ROI report for the executive management team.

Assisted on several business‐to‐business accounts. Primary responsibility was to research current and prospective new clients. Drafted press releases, created client presentations, graphically displayed research data as well as many other ad hocassignments.

Services provided to these areas were communication strategies for events, trips and launches. The building and maintenance of close relationships to internal managers and external public relation firms was vital to the success of the position and communication strategy. Communication strategies often included the making of press packets (company overview, fact sheets, press release etc). The position also included various ad hoc assignments that mainly consisted of writing featured articles for global publications and the arrangement and follow-up of executive interviews with global publications. Before leaving the bank, headed the production of a publication called the “Industry Overview” that is to be distributed to all press and partners.

The Global Solutions department drives the entire process for new products and small enhancements. Responsibilities of the Communications Coordinator include all internal communication of new products and small enhancements. Co-designed and maintained the department intranet site, released various weekly publications, conducted live product updates for Front Office on a bi-monthly basis and coordinated internal training sessions. Responsibilities also included communication to all partners on the release of new products and changes to products. Led and assisted various ad hoc assignments for the entire Commercial Group (Global Solutions, Global Marketing, Corporate Communications)

Worked to primarily complete the team’s ad hoc assignments. Responsible for contacting clients when contracts approached expiration, conducted various analyses on the team’s performance, wrote a brief guide on the commodities offered by the bank. The commodities guide included descriptions, top performance periods throughout the year, success factors and past trends.
