In addition to general contact tracing calls, I also worked on the inbound team, the Higher Education team, the Epidemic Intelligence Unit (which investigated clusters) and the vaccine information outreach team. Starting in October 2021, I joined the Mentor team, which trains and supports contact tracers and case investigators in their day-to-day work.This job was 100% remote, and the work was done primarily in Salesforce and Microsoft Teams.
