In addition to general contact tracing calls, I also worked on the inbound team, the Higher Education team, the Epidemic Intelligence Unit (which investigated clusters) and the vaccine information outreach team. Lead a team of five Program Coordinators, each leading their own volunteer program. Responsibilities included both helping Program Coordinators run their programs well and leading the team to execute Hunger and Homelessness Week 2012 and 2013 (a week of lecture series, awareness activities, donation drives, and a Midnight Run).

Led a volunteer program at the local emergency homeless shelter, Safe Harbor.The program took place four evenings every week. Activities ranged from arts and crafts nights to a cappella concerts by Lafayette students to board games nights.
