• Directed the opening of the first three Vivienne Westwood luxury women’s apparel/accessories shops in China, including site selection, shipping logistics, accounting, legal strategy, and staff recruitment.• Changed the buying plan for a £1.5 million national buying budget by compiling an analysis of weekly and monthly shop sales reports and consumer purchasing patterns. Presented findings to Inzone and Vivienne Westwood principals.• Successfully hired, trained and oversaw personnel within retail operations, accounting, human resources, and administrative divisions to create a brand management team to manage Vivienne Westwood’s operations and growth in China. • Evaluated and recommended real estate investment opportunities in the United States, establishing the basis for Inzone’s new international investment and expansion program.
