I support students who have a passion for mission oriented work.With 17+ years of experience in career development and education, I hold certifications in Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), Strong Interest Inventory (SII), and Career and Workforce Development (CWD), and I am committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion in my work.My core competencies include career planning and preparation, advising and mentoring, event planning, marketing and communication, learning and development, curricular development, talent acquisition and management, assessment and data analysis, and program development.
