It’s a protected environmental area with traditional population surrounded by the agroindustry. I mapped all the projects that had an impact to Xingu Basin by speaking to public policy makers and by accessing official documents. Many times this involved enforcing the transparency law. I also reviewed these projects’ accordance to the law and highlighted problematic points to prevent future issues.
