I supervise 15 direct reports with an additional 20 personnel working in their respective offices. The Noncommissioned Officer Academy is the largest in the United States Air Force educating over 2,000 undergraduate students annually. Workforce Planning Partner with the different businesses to build out job levels, career road mapping, career, succession planning and ongoing development.Employee Performance Strategy: Align people strategies and performance management with Company values, culture, and key business deliverables. Oversaw team of 50 military and 150 civilians. Provides guidance for effective management of fitness, food, lodging and club operations which supports 4,000 joint service military family members and 60,000 military retirees on the island of Guam. Responsible for staff training and development as well as strategic management and progress of 5-yr recapitalization plans for all operations. Administers and reviews the Food Service National Industries for the Severely Handicapped (NISH) Contract, feeding 450K personnel out of 2 facilities annually.

Determines propriety of funding and certifies fund availability. Records, reconciles, and verifies entries into automated systems based on accounting documents. Certifies and processes payment and collection vouchers for 8 contracts valued at $4 million. Maintains appropriated funds, accounting records, and files. Schedules, prepares, verifies, and submits financial accounting reports. Coordinates and oversees joint funding agreements for the Force Support Squadron with Joint Region Marianas, Naval Base Guam, Guam.
