I'm a Registered Dietitian helping adult eczema warriors heal naturally through nutrition, lifestyle and mindset.As an eczema warrior myself, I was told to live on medications for the rest of my life. After years of experimenting different methods to heal my skin, I found a way to manage chronic eczema using the power of food - and I proved those who thought otherwise, wrong.Now I dedicate my career to help people living with eczema to do the same.
