-Oversaw the strategic direction of the organization and responsible for preparing the business plan, budget, financials and other materials in preparation for board meetings -Managed complex software development projects, including working with a strong technical team to envision, design and build the unique WorldVuze safe K-12 global discussion platform from scratch-Built strategic partnerships with clients including non-profits, municipalities, and schools to collaborate on meaningful educational and social action projects hosted on WorldVuze, including the UNICEF Canada Better than Before campaign and the Kids Help Phone Bullying Awareness & Prevention campaign-Strong communications with diverse partners via email, in person, and video conference including the users of the platform (teachers and youth), potential partners and clients, co-workers, and volunteers-Led over 20 conference presentations for teachers in person and also online (Blackboard Collaborate, Youtube Live, WebEx) as well as in class presentations for students from Kindergarden to Grade 12-Co-designed and facilitated a professional development training program for teachers to help their students build global competencies using WorldVuze-Marketing and public relations, including writing blogs, e-blasts (Mail Chimp) and managing social media accounts (Twitter, Facebook, Google+, Pinterest)

Together with Shadrach Meshach and Ellen Palmer, we began a Non-Governmental Organization in rural Tanzania called Cross Community Connect (www.crosscommunityconnect.org). We work to support community driven initiatives in the areas of: Academic Development; Vocational Training; Social Entrepreneurial Support; and Human Rights and Good Governance.Among one of the initiatives we ran international partnerships between schools in Tanzania and Canada for over four years as well as lead global education workshops in classrooms. This was the beginning of our new organization, WorldVuze.

Developing digital media strategies and professional development programs for three Community Services programs at the YMCAs of Cambridge & Kitchener-Waterloo

- Developed and facilitated international education programming for children and youth, aged 2-20- Created and Coordinated International YMCA Online youth journal- Social Media Content Curator (doubled Twitter and Facebook followers in 1.5 months time)

- Lead tutorial and seminar sessions to supplement lecture material in four classes: Urban Design, Environmental Law, and Planning Professional Practice, and Business Writing- Coordinated with students and faculty to manage course inquiries- Evaluated assignments, both written and visual

- Prepared a Green Streets report for a pilot program to be proposed by City of Hamilton Public Works Department staff- Assisted the Public Works Environmental Planning team on a wide range of projects, such as the Fruitland Road Class EA and the West Harbour Waterfront Recreation Master Plan

- Assisted in developing a user friendly reference guide for low-intensity prescribed burn practitioners- Conducted ecological field sampling of tall grass prairie grasses and forbs- Analyzed field samples in the lab to be assessed through regression modeling
