With two decades of experience in this industry, I’ve had the chance to lead teams, shape strategies, and help brands unlock real growth through new sales channels, marketing strategies, and most importantly, through innovative loyalty solutions.I love making ideas happen. At Inveterate, I focus on keeping our operations running smoothly while making sure we stay at the forefront of what’s possible. From managing P&Ls to developing teams and ruthlessly prioritizing company initiatives, I’m all about turning big-picture goals into everyday wins.Before Inveterate, I had the privilege of working with MOB Beauty to launch a sustainable makeup brand, navigated explosive growth at NuFACE, and built a foundation in direct-response marketing and CX at Road Runner Sports. In those roles, I gained a deep understanding of brand strategy, operational leadership, and how to align teams toward a common goal. That experience is invaluable in my role as the integrator at Inveterate, where I leverage those same skills to support the team in doing their best work and driving best-in-class growth.
