Acting as a Product Designer for a digital rendering service company catering to the US and European markets. My responsibilities include designing cross-device application interfaces, as well as conducting product discovery activities with a focus on identifying and creating new features. Main activities:- Conducting user research and data analysis to identify user behaviors and pain points.- Creating wireframes and prototypes for mobile and web apps, working closely with developers and stakeholders.- Designing final solutions that are accessible, responsive, and purposeful, meeting user and business needs.- Conducting stakeholder meetings and collaborating on building product roadmaps that prioritize high-value features.- Building and maintaining a design system, enhancing outdated components and turning them into more effective, easy-to-use, and versatile components for designers and developers.

- Defining and prioritizing product features based on business goals, user needs, and market trends for a product that achieved a monthly recurring revenue (MRR) bigger than $25,000 within one year of its launch, with minimal marketing and engineering investments.- Researching and defining tools for user behavior analysis and performance monitoring.- Creating and maintaining an efficient product backlog, that quickly responds to market and prioritization changes and delivers high value/impact for users.- Providing guidance and direction to the development team on product requirements, writing detailed user stories, conducting regular follow-ups, and carefully monitoring the feature’s implementation progress.

- Acted as a Product Designer for a digital rendering service company catering to the US and European markets, in which I was responsible for creating web app interfaces and product discovery activities focused on new features.- Responsible for structuring Bitboundaire’s design operations: Dissemination and adoption in different teams of good design practices; Organization of workflow and design processes; Conduction of knowledge roundtable to raise design quality and promote the professional growth of designers.- Responsible for structuring UX/UI Design process and services offered by the company: definition of discovery techniques for different businesses, with the standardization strategy without loss of flexibility for meeting each product’s specificities.- Responsible for Bitboundaire’s visual branding creation, in which I held collaboration sessions with the founders to define the brand’s concept, language, and positioning. Besides the branding, I was responsible for designing and implementing Bitboundaire's website, as well as the creation of social media content for its first campaign “Hello World”.

I have worked as an UX/UI Designer in two digital products: one in the pet care market, integrating the main aspects of the supply chain (industries, retail, veterinary clinics, and more); the other application was a marketplace for restaurants and grocery stores in São Paulo's countryside. During this time, I was responsible for:- Mobile and webapp interface design grounded on usability principles. User flows and prototypes creation;- Formulation of survey plans and strategic user data collection;- Proposal of A/B testing in strategic flow steps and analytics tool deployment;- Implementation of design process patterns, mainly focused on building the handoff structure to developers and standardizing its artefacts;- Defining the brand voice in joint action with the marketing team, to establish a cohesive communication multichannel;
