Passionate about bridging the worlds of pharmaceuticals, data sciences, and global health to drive sustainable healthcare solutions. With over 12 years of experience at Takeda Pharmaceuticals, I've cultivated a unique ability to connect diverse stakeholders and build communities that foster innovation. Currently serving as the Innovation and Engagement Lead for the Data Sciences Community, I leverage my background in lab research, business operations, program management, and AI/ML integration to create meaningful collaborations across sectors.Throughout my tenure, I've played a pivotal role in communications and change management initiatives, helping to guide the organization through various transformations. My expertise lies in developing and implementing strategic communication plans that facilitate smooth transitions and drive employee engagement during periods of change. My journey has been marked by initiatives that bring people together: from creating an oncology weekly series that connected Takeda with external partners, to supporting the growth of the Healthcare Businesswomen's Association Ambassador group @ Takeda, to raising awareness of Takeda's R&D Capacity Building program internally and externally, to establishing an AI/ML Center that bridges technological innovation with drug development and more recently building the Data Sciences Community @ Takeda. As I pursue my Master's in Public Health, I'm focused on addressing critical global health challenges, particularly raising awareness about cancer in low to middle-income countries. I'm deeply committed to exploring how public-private partnerships can drive forward sustainable health solutions, emphasizing the power of effective health communication and preventative strategies. My goal is to connect the dots between cutting-edge pharmaceutical research, data-driven insights, and on-the-ground public health needs to create impactful, lasting change in global healthcare.
