As an Investment Operations Analyst at Victorian Funds Management Corporation (VFMC), I am responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of pricing, valuation, transaction management, data management, reconciliations, and collateral management for various asset classes, including OTC derivatives. I apply my attention to detail, problem-solving, and analytical skills to support the investment operations team and the portfolio managers in delivering high-quality services to our clients and stakeholders.Before joining VFMC, I worked at Netwealth, a leading wealth management platform, for more than three years, in different roles such as Senior Investor Services Officer and Senior Consultant. In these roles, I developed strong customer relationship management, communication, and sales skills, as well as a deep understanding of the Superannuation and Investment Industry. I also hold a Bachelor of Finance and Economics and a Diploma in Financial Planning from RMIT University, which provide me with a solid foundation of financial knowledge and concepts. My goal is to continuously learn and grow as a finance professional, and to contribute to the success and growth of VFMC and its clients.
