The thread of my roles is about building strong relationships with people; colleagues, volunteers, clients, friends and taking the time to listen to others, smile at strangers, say hello, care enough to ask if someone’s ok and empathise. I’m passionate about this world being a happier and kinder place both in practice as a Happiness Facilitator (Museum of Happiness trained) and studying the growing research and evidence to support that.
