Recruited top talent for direct hire and freelance roles in marketing/advertising, creative, and digital for the Seattle, Portland and San Francisco markets. While working client-facing, I managed 20-40 requisitions daily while using both proactive and passive sourcing, interviewed candidates to build pipelines, and sustained one of the highest fill rates in my market. I mentored junior recruiters, frequently was involved in training new team members, and partnered with Account Executives on recruitment strategies and contract negotiations. After placing candidates, I handled employee HR duties, consulted with clients on best practices for employee management, and nurtured my candidate’s career trajectories.

Social media coordination and web maintenance for a custom modular home builder. I made Timberland Homes' website more prominent using SEO tactics, and built/managed a social media identity through posting, analytics tracking and community management.

Oversaw and managed the post production of all photography assets. I assembled all print and digital products, QA'ed all imagery, retouched images, as well as handled all shipping and delivery. My position also required me to communicate with vendors and project manage retouching and sales timelines, assist in delegating projects to employees, and keep clients happy.

I retouched portraits and environments; skin smoothing, masking, color correction and compositing.
