Lead the cost-effective implementation of the AEP Ohio/Columbia Gas of Ohio ENERGY STAR® New Homes program to promote construction of and provide incentives for energy efficient new homes in the residential market. Network closely with a broad base of stakeholders including utility company clients, residential builders, home energy rating companies, finance agencies, design professionals, affordable housing developers, and Home Builder Associations across Ohio to strengthen program participation. Develop valuable relationships with internal and external stakeholders, specializing in creative ideas for strengthening the program brand and creating and implementing effective marketing strategies. Develop and coordinate technical training series. Coordinated the largest Commercial National Account in the Commercial division – McDonald’s USA. Managed up to 140 projects at any given time ranging in status from bidding to installation. Worked directly with Architects, Structural Engineers, and Building Department officials on behalf of corporate customer. Identified significant cost savings to the customers in both design and installation and instituted changes to provide greatest efficiency. Created and maintained project schedules in Microsoft Project™ for multiple construction projects, all in the multi-phase, multi-family residential sector. Assisted project managers and construction superintendents in smooth operation of construction projects. Analyzed ongoing construction delays for root cause and made suggestions for change of procedures.

After several other positions within the company, I ended my career in the aforementioned position. In this position, I assisted national field sales team throughout the sales process. Produced and maintained documentation of processes including orders and disconnects. Collaborated on project to create unified disconnect process. Created database to track call volume.
