I led classes and extracurricular clubs in American language and culture in two French public schools. I developed original lesson plans and teaching materials to adapt to a wide variety of levels and engage student interest, while providing instruction and managing classroom behavior for groups of up to 30 middle school students, ages 11-15.

I oversaw customer service concerns, employee training, art instruction, studio upkeep, sales transactions, and opening and closing of business in a busy retail environment.I also devised and implemented multiple Facebook campaigns that increased followers by 120%.

I directed eight staff members and supervised well-being of 60 campers ages 7-11. I also assisted Program Director in administrative duties, such as ordering supplies, training new staff members and dealing with behavioral concerns of campers. On a daily basis, I planned and carried out camp activities such as daily themes, activities and any special events. As the drama specialist, I produced specialty theater programming including multiple full-length performances, as well as assisting in all normal camp activities.

I helped develop Bryn Mawr college's sole visual art institution. We founded an art studio and event space for Bryn Mawr community, with an annual budget of $8,000. As the Community Outreach Coordinator, I organized and promoted campus-wide events and classes attended by 200-300 students a semester. I also spearheaded initiative to offer art courses to underserved Philadelphia elementary school. For the "Overbrook Art" Intiative, I recruited, directed and trained team of 10 volunteers and designed original curriculum to instruct 50 third-grade students in twice-monthly classes.
