I am a Elementary Education Teacher with an endorsement for Students with Disabilities looking for a special education position. I am passionate about children, their diverse background, and the particular abilities that make them unique. Working directly with students with disabilities and being immersed in the American and European culture allowed me to appreciate the cultural differences among people, specially children. I love enhancing lessons that increase cultural awareness and I am willing to collaborate with students and their families towards a multicultural education. I consider learning and perseverance to be the key for success but I consider teaching to be the best way of learning.
