- Hiring and delegating work to freelancers with an effective explanation of the task, style, technical details, and deadlines.- Guiding projects so they stay on brand with studio's style. Most notably with marketing and writing newsletters, store page descriptions, press materials, and work orders that ensure brand alignment. - Staying engaged with the status of each project. Being an expert on the project and able to answer questions from others.- Setting deadlines, maintaining roadmaps, and making sure the work gets finished on schedule by all parties involved.
