After years of business administrative roles, technology took hold of my interests. Websites and digital marketing intrigued me with varied ways brands could target audiences and respond in different ways. Always learning more about human behavior, my drive to learn included web development and exploring the varied technical tools that allow brands to obtain data. It was putting the whole picture together that I found my niche and the place where my unique talents can shine.While holding leadership roles I feel as though I have experienced every position of a business and have testimony of the good and not-so-good. I have a firm foundation of where smaller businesses get stuck and strategies and tools to help them move forward. While the business side of me relates to the numbers, I particularly draw to the customer experience and developing the architecture of digital software that supports lead generation, automatic workflow communications, and customer retention. I believe my two greatest strengths are:1) Identifying Obstructions in the Buying Process 2) Automation Efficiency I have a keen eye for detail and specialize in creating processes and workflows. Following technical and emotionally intelligent logic, I can identify subtle roadblocks or potential missed opportunities for the brand or consumer. I then define solutions that improve gathering data so that it is easy to interpret and validate the actions needed to take to resolve obstructions. I find it exceptionally rewarding to teach those I work with how to apply these strategies going forward to continue to improve performance and reduce advertising or operational costs.
