Current• Provide consultative recruitment for client-based projects supported by Korn Ferry for client internal TA teams.• Effectively and efficiently manage all sourcing, recruiting (active and passive talent), hiring, and onboarding for direct hire positions.• Create successful marketing strategies and lead generation job ads, using social media platforms to source, pre-screen, interview, and place candidates.• Conduct meetings with clients to learn more about the hiring process, job requirements, ideal candidate profiles, compensation structure, interview process, and onboarding details. • Consult with and influence hiring managers on or about candidate experience, interview, and decision-making process to foster positive results.• Conduct follow-up activities with candidates and clients to ensure satisfaction.• Prepare and provide coaching to candidates before and during the interview process.• Provide clients and candidates with market insight, including hiring trends, salary guides, and retention tools.• Specific project experience includes the following:• Zoetis - Successfully recruited Diagnostic Solution Consultants (sales) & Diagnostic Technical Specialists in the Southeast & Northeast regions of the US.
