The Senior Manager serves as senior focal for Women Delivers youth engagement portfolio and as an advocate and spokesperson for meaningful youth engagement. The Senior Manager will oversee the strategy and implementation of Women Delivers Young Leaders Program, which connects outstanding young advocates between the ages of 15 and 30 with the platforms, the people, and the resources that can amplify their influence on a larger scale. Young people are changing the world today, creating the reality of tomorrow. Speaking up, challenging norms, collaborating, and building networks young advocates are driving positive change in their communities, countries, and around the world. Women Deliver is shifting the global landscape in favor of meaningful youth engagement because we know young people are shaping a gender equal future. Its time to follow their lead.Women Deliver has supported young peoples participation in the global conversation on gender equality and SRHR. We recognize the importance of having young people in the room and ensuring their voices are heard. Started in 2010, the award-winning Women Deliver Young Leaders Program counts 1000 passionate Young Leaders and Alumni from 148 countries who are advancing gender equality in their communities, countries, and around the globe. The Women Deliver Young Leaders Program connects young advocates with the platforms, people, and resources to amplify their influence on a larger scale. With an emphasis on sexual and reproductive health and rights, Women Deliver elevates the work of young people taking a stand for gender equality.

The Co-Chairs of the Coalition for Adolescent Girls, an 80+ global coalition dedicated to adolescent girls' rights and well-being, lead the CAG's Steering Committee, oversee CAG governance structures, act as spokespeople to amplify the CAG's work, and design and lead the implementation of the CAG's strategic vision.

WeareWISE is a one year leadership development program founded in 2015 by Lisa Issroff and the Issroff Family Foundation to provide smart, young women working in the social enterprise space with access to professional and personal growth opportunities. The program is hosted at the Issroff Family Foundation’s offices in Manhattan’s Financial District.

As WomenStrong’s Knowledge & Program Manager, I designed and now manage WomenStrong's Learning Lab, a community of women-led organizations working in urban areas to strengthen their work related to the wellbeing and empowerment of women and girls. In the Lab, these organizations develop, test, sharpen, and amplify their solutions more broadly. In this role, I manage this community of grantee partners; lead and facilitating calls, webinars, and conference presentations; built and manage an online partner portal; author publications and tools; convene international week-long Learning Lab retreats; and manage all activities to facilitate learning.
