The Senior Manager serves as senior focal for Women Delivers youth engagement portfolio and as an advocate and spokesperson for meaningful youth engagement. The Senior Manager will oversee the strategy and implementation of Women Delivers Young Leaders Program, which connects outstanding young advocates between the ages of 15 and 30 with the platforms, the people, and the resources that can amplify their influence on a larger scale. Women Deliver is shifting the global landscape in favor of meaningful youth engagement because we know young people are shaping a gender equal future. We recognize the importance of having young people in the room and ensuring their voices are heard. Started in 2010, the award-winning Women Deliver Young Leaders Program counts 1000 passionate Young Leaders and Alumni from 148 countries who are advancing gender equality in their communities, countries, and around the globe. The Women Deliver Young Leaders Program connects young advocates with the platforms, people, and resources to amplify their influence on a larger scale. With an emphasis on sexual and reproductive health and rights, Women Deliver elevates the work of young people taking a stand for gender equality.
