Procurement of equipment and tools for the Oil & Gas sector – MRO / consumable; filtration; instrumentation; electric materials; PPE; automation and etc.Negotiation with Brazilian and international suppliers, performing strategic price analysis.Identification of new supply partners both on the Brazilian and international markets.Customer service

Responsible for SOP and training staff for the Operations DepartmentResponsable for operational costs analysis and auditingResponsible for identifying, analyzing and improving existing processes to optimize performance (leadtime reduction; logistics cost reduction and etc)

Responsible for issuing Purchase Order to suppliers previously identified with the Sales Department both with national and international suppliers.Negotiation and follow-up of purchase with suppliers both in the national and international marketAfter sale customer serviceCoordinate shipping dates to reduce costs and increase competitivenessResponsible for ensuring import trade procedures’ compliance (cargo and documentation’s conference)
